Return Process

  Carefully place the device and all original accessories back into the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technician team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
